The Paragon team is family-owned and operated. Being fourth-generation Floridians, we understand the local building practices and maintenance requirements for homes in this tropical paradise. Decades of hands-on experience working in the full spectrum of trades allow us to take a common-sense approach to all of our inspections so that our clients and agents have a true insight into their investment. Our business model is simple: we treat every inspection as though it were our own purchase. Clients can feel comfortable in the knowledge that we are going to inform them of every possible detail of the home and its current condition.
Our Process
Being a small, family-owned business allows us to maintain those personal, one-on-one connections with our clients. We will have a full conversation with our clients prior to the inspection to go over the home inspection process and pricing. With our "one call does it all" approach, we will schedule any and all requested inspections with the convenience of making only one payment. Our clients are always welcome to attend the home inspection; however, if that is not possible, We will call the evening of the inspection to go over our findings and answer any questions. We work with your real estate and insurance agents to ensure that all required documents are created and shared. We guarantee the delivery of your home inspection report within 24 hours.
